Projects Responsibilities:
▪ Familiar with Specifications & Contract Drawings / Documents of the job worked.
▪ Assisting Design / Drafting department for Electrical Drawings / submittals to complete job in accordance with project specifications and satisfying local requirements
▪ Independently handling all electrical supervision activities at site.
▪ Supervision Material take off for all Electrical services.
▪ Site co-ordination for timely execution and preparing / planning weekly & monthly schedules for job enhancement.
▪ Monitoring the installation in design aspect of containments and panel / cabling installation in electrical and ELV system including Earthling System.
▪ Preparation of Manpower and Material Chart.
▪ Co-ordination with T&C team for LV and ELV system
▪ Preparation / Ensures all Method statements followed & Checklists done during the whole process of execution.
▪ Assisting Drafting team in preparation of As-built drawings with the Red line sketch received from the site crew.
▪ Insisting drafting & site team to ensure installed items are ease of maintenance
▪ Helps in Trouble shooting during commissioning stage
▪ Preparation of monthly progress bill submitted to Consultant.
Worked as QA / QC Engineer – Material Inspection, WIR & Ensuring works executed as per approved drawings and Project specification by providing site memos and avoiding NCR’s.
▪ Updating progress log (WIR, NCR, MIR), Submittal logs, Procurement logs on weekly basis and attending / updating in the respective meetings.
▪ Conducting Internal Inspection and providing comments and issuance of Internal NCR's as applicable
▪ Witnessing testing and commissioning of electrical systems.
▪ Carrying out material inspections delivered at site compliance to material approval and specifications.
▪ Inspect the electrical works to ensure compliance with approved shop drawings and submittals.
▪ Review and approve technical submittals, shop drawings, method statements in compliance with project specification, national and international standards.
▪ Prepare daily logs and reports.
▪ Maintain records of inspections made, tests performed, work executed, etc.
▪ Ensuring the Compliance on the Safety regulations as per the Local bodies and Site safety norms.
▪ Participate in contractor coordination meetings.
▪ Responsible for the coordination of all Electrical works with their program schedule for proper flow of work on site.
▪ Confirms the installation of all work within discipline is in accordance with the plans, specifications, Safety and industry standards.
▪ Prepares and conducts (partly) MEP Weekly Progress Meeting with the Subcontractors.
▪ Attends Consultant’s Technical Meeting with our Project Manager.
